Anuched 33 – इस भाग द्वारा उनके आवेदन आदि में प्रदत्त अधिकारों को संशोधित करने की संसद की शक्ति
संसद, कानून द्वारा, यह निर्धारित कर सकती है कि इस भाग द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों में से किस सीमा तक, उनके आवेदन में,
Anuched 33(ए) सशस्त्र बलों के सदस्य; या
Anuched 33(बी) सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था के रखरखाव के लिए आरोपित बलों के सदस्य; या
Anuched 33(सी) खुफिया या काउंटर इंटेलिजेंस के प्रयोजनों के लिए राज्य द्वारा स्थापित किसी ब्यूरो या अन्य संगठन में नियोजित व्यक्ति; या
Anuched 33(डी) खंड (ए) से (सी) में निर्दिष्ट किसी भी बल, ब्यूरो या संगठन के उद्देश्यों के लिए स्थापित दूरसंचार प्रणालियों में या उसके संबंध में नियोजित व्यक्तियों को प्रतिबंधित या निरस्त किया जाना चाहिए ताकि उचित निर्वहन सुनिश्चित हो सके उनके कर्तव्यों का और उनमें अनुशासन बनाए रखना

Article 33 – Power of Parliament to modify the rights conferred by this Part in their application etc. – Parliament may, by law, determine to what extent any of the rights conferred by this Part shall, in their application to,
Article 33(a) the members of the Armed Forces; or
Article 33(b) the members of the Forces charged with the maintenance of public order; or
Article 33(c) persons employed in any bureau or other organization established by the State for purposes of intelligence or counter intelligence; or
Article 33(d) persons employed in, or in connection with, the telecommunication systems set up for the purposes of any Force, bureau or organization referred to in clauses (a) to (c), be restricted or abrogated so as to ensure the proper discharge of their duties and the maintenance of discipline among them

नोट- इसमे कही सारी बाते भारतीय संविधान से ही ली गई है। यानी यह संविधान के शब्द है।.

अनुच्छेद 33 संसद को ऐसे कानून बनाने का अधिकार देता है जो भारतीय सेना और खुफिया संगठनों के सदस्यों सहित एक विशिष्ट श्रेणी के लोगों के लिए मौलिक अधिकारों के आवेदन को प्रतिबंधित करेगा।

इस लेख के इर्द-गिर्द कोई वास्तविक बहस नहीं हुई। मसौदा समिति के अध्यक्ष ने अनुच्छेद की भाषा में एक छोटा सा संशोधन पेश किया। 9 दिसम्बर 1948 को सभा ने बिना किसी संशोधन के इस अनुच्छेद को स्वीकार कर लिया।
