Anuched 39 – राज्य द्वारा पालन की जाने वाली नीति के कुछ सिद्धांत
राज्य, विशेष रूप से, अपनी नीति को सुरक्षित करने की दिशा में निर्देशित करेगा।
Anuched 39(ए) नागरिकों, पुरुषों और महिलाओं को समान रूप से आजीविका के पर्याप्त साधन का अधिकार है।
Anuched 39(बी) समुदाय के भौतिक संसाधनों का स्वामित्व और नियंत्रण इस प्रकार वितरित किया जाता है कि आम अच्छे की सेवा के लिए सर्वोत्तम हो।
Anuched 39(सी) कि आर्थिक प्रणाली के संचालन के परिणामस्वरूप आम नुकसान के लिए धन और उत्पादन के साधनों की एकाग्रता नहीं होती है।
Anuched 39(डी) पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों के लिए समान काम के लिए समान वेतन है;
Anuched 39(e) कि श्रमिकों, पुरुषों और महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य और ताकत और बच्चों की कोमल उम्र का दुरुपयोग नहीं किया जाता है और नागरिकों को उनकी उम्र या ताकत के अनुपयुक्त व्यवसायों में प्रवेश करने के लिए आर्थिक आवश्यकता से मजबूर नहीं किया जाता है।
Anuched 39(च) बच्चों को स्वस्थ तरीके से और स्वतंत्रता और सम्मान की स्थिति में विकसित होने के अवसर और सुविधाएं दी जाती हैं और बचपन और युवाओं को शोषण से और नैतिक और भौतिक परित्याग के खिलाफ संरक्षित किया जाता है।

Article 39 – Certain principles of policy to be followed by the State
The State shall, in particular, direct its policy towards securing.
Article 39(a) that the citizens, men and women equally, have the right to an adequate means to livelihood.
Article 39(b) that the ownership and control of the material resources of the community are so distributed as best to subserve the common good.
Article 39(c) that the operation of the economic system does not result in the concentration of wealth and means of production to the common detriment.
Article 39(d) that there is equal pay for equal work for both men and women;
Article 39(e) that the health and strength of workers, men and women, and the tender age of children are not abused and that citizens are not forced by economic necessity to enter avocations unsuited to their age or strength.
Article 39(f) that children are given opportunities and facilities to develop in a healthy manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity and that childhood and youth are protected against exploitation and against moral and material abandonment.
